1. Input by links
Paste one URL per line and select Find thumbnails. The social network is detected automatically.
2. Input by file
The CSV must use UTF-8 and contain one of these columns: url, original_url, post_url or link. XLSX files are converted in the browser using the first sheet.
Supported networks
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and X.
Default limits
- Up to 5 MB per file.
- Up to 3,000 rows per batch.
- HTTPS URLs from supported networks.
3. Processing
After submission, the batch enters the queue. Progress and partial results appear without reloading the page. The batch address contains a credential in the fragment after #; keep that part when sharing or resuming the work.
4. Results table
The Rows per page selector offers Auto, 10, 25, 50, 100 and All. Search, filters and pagination help you work with larger batches without sacrificing performance.
5. Spreadsheet alignment
The Thumbnail links field keeps the same number and order as the submission. When a row has no thumbnail, its position remains empty. Compact mode removes empty lines and should only be used when alignment is not required.
6. Safe export
The final CSV neutralizes cells that could be interpreted as formulas by Excel or other spreadsheet tools. Even so, review the file before distributing it.
7. Resume and share
Recent batches are stored locally in the browser. To open a batch on another device, share the complete address. Anyone with that address can access the batch during its retention period.
8. Common failures

| Private, removed or login-only post | Confirm that the content is public. |
| Invalid link | Use the direct post URL and remove unnecessary parameters. |
| Incorrect thumbnail | Select the row and use Collect again to ignore the stored result. |
| Batch not progressing | Wait for the automatic retry or use the resend option shown by the interface. |
| Submission limit | Wait for the indicated period and avoid artificially splitting the same batch. |
Important: visually review thumbnails before using them in external materials.
